REGARDING PREFERRED PROVIDERS

Different providers will have different wait times. We will do our very best to accommodate your needs, but appointment times can vary from 2 weeks to 3 months depending on provider.

New Appointment Confirmation System

Shah Dermatology is implementing a new appointment confirmation system to provider you better service and allow you to confirm or cancel your appointments with a touch of the button.

When making your appointment with our staff, please provide a cell number with text capabilities and an email where you may receive your confirmations.

Confirmation System Benefits

  • You will have an opportunity to opt into text messages to receive critical information.
  • Two weeks prior to your appointment, you may confirm or cancel your appointment,
  • Two days prior to your appointment you’ll be asked to re-confirm, understanding that sometimes your plans may change.
  • Please read the messages carefully and respond to the prompts presented. This will ensure that once confirmed, you will not continue to receive requests to confirm.
  • You will receive a reminder on the morning of your visit. This will provide you with all the information you need to know such as: which provider you are scheduled with, check in time, and location.
  • If you do not have a cell phone with text or email capabilities, you will receive an automated voicemail to your phone number.
