    The portal allows you to be more invovled in your healthcare giving you access to your dermatological records, notes, and results.

    NEW PATIENTS

    You will have the opportunity to fill out paperwork prior to your visit so that your time in the waiting room may be minimized.

    ESTABLISHED PATIENTS

    You will be able to update your medications, allergies, past medical history, as well as view office notes, biopsy results, and even ask questions.

    SETTING UP YOUR PORTAL

    ENTER PORTAL and login with the username and password instructions listed below.

    Once you have logged in, you can change your password to your preference. Your password should have 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number, and at least 7 characters. Write down your new password to remember it.

    USERNAME (Initial set up)

    For your username, enter:

    • first 3 letters of first name
    • first 3 letters of last name
    • last 2 digits of birth year

    For example:
    John Doe, born January 1,1970, his username would be johdoe70

    PASSWORD (Initial set up)

    For your password, enter:

    • capital first letter of first name
    • lowercase first letter of last name
    • fulll birthdate as MMDDYYYY

    For example:
    John Doe, born January 1,1970, his username would be Jd01011970
